Jardin Restaurant Hosts Grand Opening
Ribbon cutting ceremony at Jardin Restaurant’s grand opening.
Jardin Restaurant has been 2 years in the making. Owner Simon Cruz purchased the location at 6431 W. Cermak Rd Jardin Restaurant is Cruz’s third business venture in Berwyn. He currently operates Monse’s Tapas Bar and El Nuevo Vallarta Sports Bar and Grill, also located in Berwyn.
Cruz has invested 3 million dollars to renovate the space which formerly housed La Quinta de Los Reyes restaurant, adding new HVAC and plumbing, a bar, repainted the adjacent building, and installed a populated flower garden. Jardin is raising the dining experience in Berwyn by providing international Latin Fusion cuisine, high-end mixology, lounge & night life experience.
The restaurant held their grand opening on August 30th, 2023. The grand opening was attended by Mayor Robert Lovero, owner Simon Cruz, Berwyn city officials, Jardin Restaurant staff, and friends and family of the owner.
