This is a full-time, on-site position in our production area, assisting with the operation and maintenance of equipment to keep jobs running smoothly. collator, MBO folder and Heidelberg letterpress & Heidelberg sheetfed presses
-Help set up projects and orders and ensure proper materials are loaded
-Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on equipment
-Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
-Keep the workspace organized, clean and safe

    What We’re Looking For:

-A dependable, self-motivated individual who enjoys working with their hands
-Works well with a team and communicates effectively
-Good at basic math and comfortable taking simple measurements
-Basic mechanical ability or interest in troubleshooting equipment
-Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
-Must be able to frequently lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs
-Must be able to spend the majority of the day on your feet
-Prior print production experience — especially on envelope or offset presses — is a strong plus, but not required

    What We Offer:

    -Competitive salary based on experience
    -Steady weekday hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30)
-A consistent full-time schedule in a collaborative, small-team environment where your work matters
-On-the-job training and opportunities to grow your skills
-A chance to be part of a family-run local business with strong roots in the community
