This month we have Imelda Rodriguez, lead author of Latinas in Finances and Founder of Coaching Vida LLC. She created the company, to provide the necessary tools to obtain a better lifestyle through holding seminars, courses, workshops, and conferences, as well as one-on-one and group coaching sessions (Life & Financial Coaching) that she named Coaching Vida (Coaching Life). Rodriguez, who along with her mother came to the United States from Mexico in 2001, received two associate degrees from Morton College the first in Arts in 2011 and the second in Business Management a year later. She has dedicated her time and energies into building community and increasing representation for Latinas in the workplace, and especially those in the finance and business industries.
