The Women in Business group uses the LEAN IN model to frame our conversation around leadership and overall empowerment.
This session will focus on strategies for building effective networks. Networks enable you to offer more and have more impact. A network is a set of relationships that you depend on to get things done to get ahead in your career and to develop professionally. What do your networks currently look like? Do you have mostly “just like me” convenience networks? Do you have valuable “weak ties” in your network? Let’s assess your network and strategy during this session to translate those networks into future leads, career opportunities and much more.
The Women in Business Group is Berwyn’s first and only forum for women in all levels of business. Expect lively discussion on issues that are important to your growth. Connect with other local professionals on a deeper level, learn new best practices and build comradery with other women conquering the same challenges you face in your business and career.
Please invite colleagues to this engaging gathering. City Barbeque will be sponsoring the Lunch for this Woman in Business Group. An RSVP is required.
