For this next segment, we will briefly review and add on to what we covered last session. Don't worry if you missed the first 1, Team Flores always goes back to the fundamentals to trigger the muscle memory.
Our focus will be movement. Movement will be our primary theme throughout all ranges. We will look at other ways to defend from long range, how to combine long range and close quarters. We will look at safely restraining individuals in clinch (but having the capability to escalate restraining methods), more options for the ground (plus a surprise portion), further concepts for handling multiple attackers, and more fun with sticks.
Again, if you missed the last session, no worries, you'll pick right up where we left off. If you attended the last session, you don't want to miss out on this one. WOOF!
