    Event Description:
    The City of Berwyn will host a public hearing for its zoning ordinance at Berwyn's City Hall (6700 W 26th Street) on Thurs, Aug 17, 2017 starting at 7:00PM. Representatives from the City of Berwyn, Berwyn Development Corporation (BDC) and the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) will present the ordinance and take public comment. This is the fourth and final phase of the project where the ordinance and its associated documents are presented for public review and approval.
    Local residents, business owners, community leaders and other interested stakeholders are encouraged to attend this exciting community planning event. The Berwyn Zoning Ordinance is a major step in achieving the Berwyn Comprehensive Plan’s commitment to promote a sustainable environment that enhances the City’s vitality and quality of life.
    The revised zoning ordinance, sign code, existing zoning map and proposed zoning map are available for review at http://www.cmap.illinois.gov/programs-and-resources/lta/berwyn-zoning.
