If you have pain, tightness, weakness or other issues in your shoulder, this workshop is for you. Flexion, extension, adduction, abduction, internal and external rotation of your shoulder occur throughout your daily activities, as well as during both cardiovascular and strength exercises.
This workshop will cover an individual analysis of movement and stability in your shoulders throughout the three functional planes of motion. After this analysis, you will engage in myofascial techniques, stretches, and strengthening exercises to improve function in those areas where you need improvement.
