The Berwyn Development Corporation is pleased to offer the "Open" flag Program for Berwyn's Depot District. The purpose of the program is to increase the visibility of each business and to unify the appearance of the Depot District. Business owners are asked to fly their "Open" flags during business hours and to remove flags when the business is closed. 

The costs associated with the "Open" Flag Program are being shared by business owners and the City of Berwyn through a TIF grant. The base price for the flag system is $55 and the base price for installation will be around $20, depending on building material. Through this program, Berwyn will cover half of the cost of the first flag plus half of the installation costs. The business owner will cover the remaining half. All replacement flags are the full responsibility of individual business owners.
