The Business 2 Community (B2C) marketing program brings consumers and businesses together through a drop-off advertising piece that includes coupons and promotional materials from BDC members. The B2C promotional packet is distributed on a quarterly basis and covers zones in Berwyn with each household receiving a B2C packet annually. Members are encouraged to submit coupons, special and new product promotion announcements, menus, events and any other materials that will attract Berwyn consumers to your door step.

Ad rates & specifications

One free B2C distribution per year is included with new or renewed BDC membership. Additional zone distributions are $100 throughout the year. Participating members only need to submit 5,000 copies of their ad in half page (5.5" x 8.5") format. The BDC handles the rest, including insertions into the packets and distribution to 5,000 Berwyn households in the target zone.

B2C envelopes also feature three front cover ad listings for an additional fee of $30. They are a great opportunity for additional exposure.

September edition – 3rd quarter
Zone 1: Roosevelt Rd to 16th St.
Ad deadline: August 20, 2010
Distribution: week of August 30th

November/December edition – 4th quarter
Zone 2: 16th St to Cermak Rd.
Ad deadline: November 5, 2010
Distribution: week of November 19th
